Welcome back to my newest Favorite Stitches blog series! Have you seen the other two stitches featured? You can find the Diamond Stitch and the Modified Shell Stitch after you try out today's stitch! THN Dream Team member, Brianna Iaropoli, is sharing another favorite - the Tulip Stitch!

Key

Chain Stitch - ch – yarn over, pull yarn through stitch on hook.

Single Crochet – sc - Insert hook into stitch or space, yarn over, pull up a loop, (2 loops

on hook), yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook.

Double Crochet – dc – Yarn over, insert hook into stitch or space, pull up a loop, (3 loops

on hook), yarn over, pull through 2 loops, yarn over, pull through remaining loops.

Materials

4.50mm Crochet Hook

Yarn Needle

Scissors

#4 Worsted Wt. Yarn

Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton - Aqua

Gauge

16 sts x 8 rows is 4”x4” in dc

Swatch – Worked in multiples of 4 + 2 starting chain.

Stitch

Row 1

Ch 42, [sc, ch 2, 4 dc] in second chain from hook, *skip next 3 chs, [sc, ch 2, 4 dc] in next ch.

Repeat from * to last 4 chs, sc in last ch, turn.

Row 2

Ch 3, 2 dc in first sc, *skip next 4 dc, [sc, ch 2, 4 dc] in next ch-2 space. Repeat from * to last ch-

2 space, sc in last ch-2 space, turn.

Rows 3 and on

Repeat Row 2 to desired length.
